How do I manage my subscription at Simyo?

It's easy! Log in to Mijn Simyo or the Mijn Simyo app . There you’ll see your usage, invoices, and settings. You can also adjust your plan. Adjustments start on the 1st of the following month.

Have more SIMs? Manage them all in the Mijn Simyo app. Read all about managing multiple numbers.

When does my subscription start?

Your Sim Only subscription starts once you activate your SIM in Mijn Simyo. You can do this by logging in to Mijn Simyo and signing your contract. At that moment, you also pay the connection fee.

If you asked for number porting , your bundles start when your number is transferred from your old provider to Simyo. We’ll send you the date of the transfer by e-mail.

When are my bundles activated?

Your Simyo Sim Only plan starts when you activate your Simyo SIM card. Activate it by logging in to Mijn Simyo and signing your contract. The connection fee will be charged at that moment.

Requested ' nummerbehoud ' (number transfer) with your Sim Only plan? Your plan starts when you activate your Simyo SIM card. Your call bundle and any other bundles only start once your number has been transferred from your previous provider to Simyo. We will email you the exact transfer date.

When do my bundles start?

Your bundles start at the same time as your plan. That means they begin when your number is transferred and your plan is active. We will let you know by email when this will happen.

No number transfer? Then your bundles start as soon as you activate your SIM card. You have 30 days to activate after your phone is delivered. Haven’t activated within those 30 days? Then we will do it for you automatically.

How long does it take to pay off my phone?

You choose! Pay all at once, or in 24 monthly terms. You can also opt to pay the remaining amount earlier via Mijn Simyo and iDEAL. After that, only your bundle costs remain. Want to know more about payment plans? Here you can read all about it .

Can I cancel before my contract ends?

Yes, but you’ll need to pay an early termination fee. That means paying for the remaining months at once. Then you can cancel or switch to another provider. Want to cancel? We’ve gathered all the information you need right here .

Can I use a joint bank account?

Yes! During the ordering process, we ask you to make a €0.01 test payment. If it works, your account is verified. That amount will be deducted from your first invoice explained.

Can I order extra subscriptions?

Yes, you can order up to 10 SIMs per address/account. For family or a family member, for example. You can even earn extra benefits through our VriendenDeal .

Can I order with a foreign bank account?

On the website, it is not possible to order a Simyo SIM card using a foreign bank account number/foreign IBAN.
