Do you have unlimited data at low speed and want fast internet? Then you can buy one of the other Prepaid data bundles, with high speed. The bundle is activated immediately after ordering. Good to know: by getting a new Prepaid data bundle, the unlimited internet Prepaid bundle expires and can't be used again.
If you have a different Prepaid data bundle, but want to switch to unlimited data, you must first use up your current data bundle or wait until the 30 days have passed.
You can use the unlimited data bundle throughout the EU, which is zone 1. Your calling, texting and data bundles are valid in the EU (zone 1). You pay no extra charges within all EU countries. If you have an unlimited data bundle, your data will be at low speed in other countries as well. Please note: outside the EU you can't use your Prepaid data bundle. Using data will cost you €5 per MB.

Your data bundle determines the speed of your bundle. If you don't have a 5G-compatible phone or have your 5G settings turned off, you will be connected to our reliable 4G network.
Yes, you can always switch to another Prepaid data bundle. You can use this bundle immediately and the unlimited data bundle will expire. If you don’t renew automatically, your unlimited bundle ends after 30 days.
No, there’s no fair use policy for our Prepaid unlimited data bundle. You can use unlimited data at low speed as long as your bundle is active.
