Manually set up internet on Apple iOS
First, check in Mijn Simyo or the Mijn Simyo app if the option ‘Internet in the Netherlands’ is switched on. You’ll find this option under ‘Settings’ > ‘Internet and calling’.
Your iPhone and Simyo SIM card normally set up the right settings automatically. If mobile internet still does not work, you can enter the settings manually.
Open the settings menu on your phone
Scroll down and tap 'Mobile network'
Make sure 'Mobile data' is enabled
In the same menu, tap 'Mobile data network'
Enter the following three settings:
- APN: internet
- Username: KPN
- Password: grps
Exit the settings menu and restart your iPhone to apply the settings
