Yes, you can! Number porting is completely free and will be arranged by us for you. We terminate your subscription or Prepaid with your previous provider. We also ensure that your previous subscription ends as soon as your subscription starts with us. That way, you will have no extra costs. Do you still have a contract with your old provider? Then you may have to pay costs for the remaining months of your contract. It is best to check this with your previous provider.

2 years:

Your subscription runs for a minimum of 24 months after your SIM card is activated. After that, your subscription automatically converts to an open-ended subscription. After that, your subscription can be cancelled monthly.

Interim cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before your contract expires, for example after 15 months, we charge a buyout fee. With this you pay off the remaining months.

Cancelling:

You may cancel your order for 14 days after receiving your phone and SIM card. If you cancel, the following fees will be charged, if applicable:

• the connection fee
• the subscription costs for the period the subscription has been used
• the usage costs

Other costs will be refunded.
