You can manage your subscription via Mijn Simyo or the Mijn Simyo app . Here you can change your bundles every month, either up or down. If you make any changes, they will take effect on the first day of the following month. You can also view your usage, invoices, and settings. Do you have multiple Simyo numbers or do you also manage your child's number? You can manage them all in the Mijn Simyo app. On this page , you can read exactly how it works.

Yes, you can! Number porting is completely free and we will take care of everything for you. We will cancel your subscription or Prepaid plan with your previous provider. We will also ensure that your previous subscription is terminated as soon as your subscription with us starts. That way, you won't incur any additional costs. Do you still have a contract with your old provider? If so, you may have to pay for the remaining months of your contract. It's best to check this with your previous provider.

Your subscription will run for at least 24 months after your SIM card has been activated. After that, your subscription will automatically be converted into a subscription for an indefinite period. You can then cancel your subscription on a monthly basis.
Cancellation during the termIf you cancel your subscription before your contract expires, for example after 15 months, we will charge you a termination fee. This fee covers the remaining months of your contract.
Cancellation:You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your phone and SIM card. In case of cancellation, the following costs will be charged, if applicable:
- the subscription costs for the period during which the subscription was used
- the usage costs
Other costs will be reimbursed.
