Yes, you can! Number porting is completely free and will be arranged by us for you. We terminate your subscription or Prepaid with your previous provider. Your subscription runs for a minimum of 24 months after your SIM card is activated. After that, your subscription automatically converts to an open-ended subscription. After that, your subscription can be cancelled monthly.

Interim cancellation:

If you cancel your subscription before your contract expires, for example after 15 months, we charge a buyout fee. With this you pay off the remaining months.

Cancelling:

You may cancel your order for 14 days after receiving your phone and SIM card. If you cancel, the following fees will be charged, if applicable:

the connection fee
the subscription costs for the period the subscription has been used
the usage costs

Other costs will be refunded.
