Once your SIM card is active, your subscription will run for 24 months. Once this contract period has expired, the costs you pay for your phone will no longer apply. You will then only pay the monthly costs for your bundles. After your 24-month contract period, your contract will automatically be converted into a contract that can be canceled on a monthly basis. You can request free number porting 120 days before the end of your contract.
Would you like to cancel your subscription before the end of the contract period? In that case, we will charge you a termination fee. You will then pay the remaining months of your contract in one lump sum.
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your phone and SIM card. To do so, use the return form that came with your phone. The following costs will be charged upon cancellation (if applicable):

Simyo uses the KPN network. This means you benefit from the reliable KPN network, wherever you are. This applies to calling, texting, and internet use. There is no difference in network coverage for KPN customers and Simyo customers. Check the coverage in your area here.
Your payment period starts as soon as your subscription begins. We will make sure you know exactly when that is. If, for example, you are transferring your number, your subscription will start as soon as your number has been transferred.
Your payment will be made by direct debit. This always takes place in the fourth week of the month. You will always receive an email informing you that your invoice is ready for you on My Simyo.

That's up to you! When placing your order, you choose how much you want to pay per month and how much you want to pay up front. Want lower monthly costs? Then you pay more up front. Once your contract term has expired, your phone is paid off. After that, you only pay the monthly costs for your bundles.
