You can use your simcard after activation through My Simyo. Did you choose for number portability? Then you'll pay for costs outside of your bundle until the number has been ported. The status of your number portability request can be seen in Mijn Simyo, under the Overview section.

Your usage and credits can be seen in the My Simyo app. You also easily modify your bundles there. You see in one glance how many call minutes and MB's you have left. That you way you'll never encounter surprises and you have more control over your costs.

Yes, you can! With our Sim Only subscription you can adjust your bundles every month, free of charge, both up and down. You can go to My Simyo or use the My Simyo App to change your bundles. Go to the heading Overview, click on ´adjust bundles´ and choose the bundles that suit you best.
