Your contract term is the length of your contract. You choose the term that suits you best while ordering. Would you like a yearly contract or one you can cancel monthly? A yearly contract is always better value. If you choose a phone with your plan, your contract always runs for 24 months. When your contract term ends, it automatically becomes a monthly cancellable contract, while your allowance prices simply stay the same.

That is up to you. The price of your phone always stays the same, so you can choose what suits you best: paying for your phone all at once or spread out. If you choose to spread the payments, it takes 24 months before your phone is paid off. You can also choose to pay off the remaining amount in one go along the way, by logging in to Mijn Simyo and paying with iDEAL or Wero. From the moment your phone is paid off, only your allowance costs appear on your bill.

Yes, you can. You then pay a settlement amount, which means you pay the costs of the remaining months in one go. After that you can cancel your plan or switch to another provider.
