Of course. You can request number transfer during the order process. We’ll handle everything with your old provider, completely free. Once approved, your old subscription will be canceled automatically.
You can request number transfer at any time. If you cancel your contract early, your old provider may charge an early termination fee for the remaining months. From 120 days before your contract ends, we’ll automatically make sure your number transfer takes place at the right moment.
Within Europe ( zone 1 ), calling, sending text messages, and mobile data are all included in your Sim Only bundle. You won’t pay any extra fees in all EU countries, plus the UK, Switzerland, Andorra, Norway, Iceland, Monaco, and Liechtenstein.
Are you traveling outside Europe ( zone 1 )? Then your usage is not included in your bundle, and different rates per zone apply.
