Sim Only subscription for your child

As a parent, you're responsible for your children's subscription. The subscription will also be in your name. When your child turns is 18, the subscription can be transferred to the child's name, but this is not mandatory.

Did you also get a data bundle? Turn on our data cap to avoid any extra costs. Out of data before the end of the month? No problem. You can always buy an additional data bundle that is valid for the rest of the month. You can check your usage and your child’s anytime in the My Simyo app and adjust bundles whenever you want

The data cap costs € 0.50 per month and is added to your invoice automatically.

Without data cap, you pay € 0.15 per MB when you run out of data.

What is a data cap?

A data cap means your child’s internet connections stops when the bundle runs out. That way, you don’t pay extra by accident. Need more data? You can easily buy extra data it in the My Simyo app or by SMS.

Just like your bundles, the data cap only works in the Netherlands and the EU ( zone 1 ).

Yes, you can adjust your child's subscription as needed via My Simyo and the My Simyo app . Changes take effect on the first of the next month.

eSIM is free at Simyo. Are you ordering a new Sim Only subscription? In that case, you do not pay anything extra for eSIM. Existing customers can swap their plastic SIM card for an eSIM free of charge.

There is no age limit for the Sim Only Kids subscription. For children under 18, the parent is responsible and has to order the subscription in their name. From the age of 18, the subscription can be transferred to the name of the child.
