Pricing for calling and sms'ing

At Simyo you pay per second with a minimum of 1 minute. There is no difference between calling mobile numbers and a landline.

All mentioned amounts include VAT.

Extra bundles

These bundles are always 30 days. From the day you order an extra bundle. You can order extra bundles in My Simyo.

Simyo calculates and rounds up per kB.

Validity calling credit

Calling credit is indefinitely valid, if you call or sms at least once every 6 months

With Prepaid you can always finish your conversation or internet session. Even when your calling credit depletes during a call or internet session. You won't immediately be cut off. That way you can reach a negative call credit.

You can cancel your Prepaid within 14 days after your order. When cancelling usage costs will be charged. Want to know more about the cancellation period? More information can be found here .

With Prepaid you receive 5G internet on the network of KPN. The maximum download speed is 300 Mbps, the maximum upload speed is 150 Mbps. The speed in practice depends on your location, business of a transmission tower and the type of phone.

With Unlimited MB's (low speed) your maximum speed is 128 Kbps, for this the speed in practice also depends on the type of phone, the business of a transmission tower and coverage.

Placing an order with a foreign bank account number

It’s only possible to place an order with a Dutch bank account via the website. Would you still like to use a foreign bank account? Please contact our customer service on +31(0)800-8007 (free of charge), or send an email to: klantenservice@simyo.nl .

You want to transfer your existing phone number to Simyo, we can understand why. During the ordering process you can choose for number portability. We will cover the rest, free of charge.

If your request for number portability has been approved, we will cancel your existing subscription at your previous provider automatically.

You can always request number portability. Number portability is free. If you cancel your subscription before your contract has ended, the provider can charge a lump sum for the remaining months on your subscription. From 120 days before the end of your contract we can automatically port your phone number at the end of your contract.

With Simyo Prepaid you can top up your calling credits in various ways. You can use our quick top up page. You can also log in on My Simyo or the My Simyo app and top up under the Overview section. The minimum amount you can top up with is € 10. After payment we will increase your calling credits within 5 minutes. Your calling credits remain valid indefinitely, as long as your simcard is active.

You can monitor your call credits 24 hours a day online. You do that easily in the My Simyo app or via My Simyo app . Don't have the My Simyo app yet? Download it in the App Store or the Google Play Store . Please note: it is not possible to retrieve your call credits by phone number.

With your Prepaid simcard you can call everywhere in the world. Within the EU and a few other countries (zone 1) you can call and sms for the same rate as in The Netherlands. Outside zone 1 you pay the rate applicable to the zone you are in.

Please note: Calling outside of the Netherlands to a foreign phone number in the EU apply different rates. For example: you call from the Netherlands to a restaurant in Spain to reserve a table. You pay € 0,23 per minute in this example. See our rates page for more information.

Internetting with your Prepaid simcard can be done worldwide. In order to do so you must activate an internet bundle on My Simyo or in the My Simyo app . These bundles are always valid for 30 days.

Within the EU you can use internet bundles, exactly as in The Netherlands. More information about internet abroad you can find here .

You will receive a free 3-in-1 NFC-simkaart , which fits every phone. From the frame of the SIM you can press a normal simcard, micro-simcard or nano-simcard.
